Comments for Tool, Opiate EP

Actually, I wouldn't call Opiate a Rock album. It's more like one of the first examples of so-called 'alternative metal' than anything else.

I think that this album is one of the best albums that I've ever listened to. A lot of the songs express my frustrations with society, people and just human kind in general.

Actually, the hidden track is named "The Gaping Lotus Experience." This is one cool album - listen to "Jerk Off" while driving... :)

This album rocks! I just wish it were longer. Cold and Ugly is the best song.

Tool submitted this album in the early ninetys, when people were emersed in rap music. They never were an 80''s band, and i respect them because of this.
