Comments for Beatles, The, Love Songs

Please don't hesitate to buy this. You might be thinking, "oh great, one sappy, mushy song after another." No no, my friend, for this is a great collection of some catchy, some sentimental, all very sincere sweet songs that will make you even crazier about the Beatles than ever. In fact, this is the favourite album I own (and I am quite critical!) If you like the Beatles, you will adore this. Before long you will find yourself singing along to every song, deliciously sweet.

This is a great albumn! I don't have it (but I want it) but my friend has it & we listen to it whenever I am over there. I especially LOVE Something. I think it's a fabulous love song.

I am Beatlefans friend, Mindy. My dad has that albulmn!! I think its lush, swanky and totally copisetic!!

This album has some good songs, but I think they should have been collected better. By that I mean there are a lot of songs out there that are about love that strangely, aren't on this (namely "I'll Get You" "I Want to Hold Your Hand", "Besambe Mucho" "Like Dreamers Do.")

Boy, do I miss this album. I received it on my 16th birthday (which was half my life ago) and practically wore it out. I wish it was available on CD! When one thinks of "love songs", one normally thinks of lush, sappy songs only. Yes, there are some deliciously lush songs on this album, but there are also some up-tempo love songs such as "You're Gonna Lose That Girl." I think it's an excellent collection that shows their diversity even with that classic genre the "love song." And of course any love song sung by Paul is enough to make you swoon!

wanna.b.a.beatle This Boy is on Past Masters Vol.1!! This album gives new Beatles a taste of Paul, George, and John. Their different styles all pulled together is what makes them the heroes that they are.

does anyone know where i can get this on cd? i have most of these songs, but they are on different cd's, and i would LOVE to have them all together. ps anyone who doesn't appreciate the beatles shouldn't even be visiting here!
