Comments for Tsunami, Deep End

Overall, this album is quite good. The music is generally upbeat, but maintains a seriousness that makes this band seem real. The harmonization of the two female voices and the catchy guitar chords and rifts puts some promise into Tsunami

for a real ice-cube-in-the-boxers effect, try jenny toomey''s naughty touche "2nd most beautiful girl" in side project liquorice...no wonder mary lou sez "he wishes i could be more like jenny toomey." the girl is fabuloso!
Simply wonderful indie-rock from the D.C. area. Mostof the tracks are upbeat and heavy on the jangly guitar, but several are slower, prettier numbers. Lead vocalistJenny has a wonderful voice that blends well with Kristin`s,who plays the other guitar. Also, call me crazy, but inplaces I`d swear Jenny had been possessed by Siouxsie.Plus, they`re all really nice folks, and they run theirown record label.
