Comments for U.D.O., Faceless World

Andy Susemihl, who was playing on the 2nd CD "Mean Machine" still was leaving the group and U.D.O. is still playing now with: Udo Dirschneider, Mathias Dieth, Thomas Smuszynski and Stefan Schwarzmann.

An oddity. This time the band wrot an album somwhere inbetweenAOR and diskoteque-inclined hard`n`heavy. Lots of keybordsand acoustic guitar (compared to other UDO/Accept releases).Amazingly, but album doesn`t suffer from it a bit, featuring many excellent numbers (remarkedly, "Heart of Gold", "Rest-ricted Area", "Future Land") and, unfortunately, some fillers(title song, "Trip to Nowhere"). The CD is out-of-print domestically.
