U2's most underrated album. They sound a little confused-- Bono spends most of the album falling over--but there's real beauty and energy in many of the songs, especially "Gloria", "Tomorrow" and "October". A thousand times better than "Zooropa", which was much better recieved by the critics.

Thought this albumn was a waste of money when I bought it back in '82. But after listening to it a few more times grew to love it, and went on to become one of THE ORIGINAL U2 fans.

Tomorrow is the first song that made a bag-pipe sound cool! What''s the problem with the lyrics?

Can you beleive that when my parents took me to buy my first original U2 recording, they picked October. No, not War. No not the Joshua Tree. No not Zoroopa(AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH RUN FOR YOUR LIFE; I don't have the album, but why do ya'll bitch about it so much?). And when heard it on the way home, it sounded fantastic. Gloria, October, With a shout, and Stranger in a strange land are my absolute favorites, dude.
