Um, hi. This album kicks ass it's so good. Ever feeling kinda low and wanna hurt someone? This be the album to listen to. It's just so awesome to listen to; Beck has one of the most interesting sounds out. And if anyone wants to hear a really different version of "Soul Sucking Jerk", the version on the "Loser" single is really cool as well. Yeah, that's all I need to say.

Mellow Gold is one of my favourite stoning albums plus "Truckdrivin Neighbours Downstairs" reminds me of alot of people from Mandurah.

All u people that are writing all this shit about this album cause "Loser" isn't the only good song on the album buy it listen to "Steal my Body Home" and "Whiskeyclone hotel city 1997"

We needed a miracle, and Beck came through. This album is most definitely the white trash album of the year.

Beck writes classic pop.'Fuckin With My Head' has got a cool delivery,and 'Mutherfuker' just fucks shit up in the truest Blues Explosion sense of the word.Wonder how much longer he can write lines about orange peel and overflowing toilets? But don't blame him for 'Loser',it's not his fault that people take the likes of Beck and Pavement to be slacker icons.That's a tag we could all do without. The amazing thing about Odelay is that it was recorded in 1994 and 1995 - will he be so far ahead of the play next time?

OK, I know what you are thinking, they only played Loseron the radio, so the rest of the CD probably sucks. enh.Actually (at least in my opinion) it doesn`t. In factit`s definatly worth paying for. (besides it has that greatesteem builder "loser")
