Comments for X, See How We Are

An excellent album, this is X`s first with newguitarist Tony Gilkyson joining original membersExene Cervenka, John Doe, and D.J. Bonebrake. Thesound is different but still powerful. The song-writing is fantastic as always. 4th of July, by DaveAlvin (formerly of the Blasters) and Surprise Surprise(a look back at the band`s past) are particulary goodtracks.
