The first ime I heard this album I heard the beginning which Zappa says "Please welcome the president of United States" and strange singing in the background. I heard this in a library and went through the disk real fast. Later on I heard Son of Suzy Creamcheese and Brown Shoes Don't Make it. They were masterpieces. I went out and bought the album and It is a classic. Songs like SOSC,BSDMI, Call any Vegetable, Plastic People and the best hard old Zappa song (next to my Guitar wants to kill your mama.) is "Why Dontcha Do ME Right"?. **** Thank you, Jeremy Finkelstein any agreements or disagreements wright back.

This is my second favorite Zappa/Mothers album. I want to thank my Dad for showing me that no one is better than the Mothers. I feel the reason I''m smarter than all the kids my age is because of the music of the greatest music writer Frank Zappa.
Early stuff with the Mothers. Though some of this is very poppy, and the recording quality is often poor, there are some classic tunes on this album. "Call any Vegetable." the "Duke of Prunes" trilogy."Brown Shoes Don`t Make It," Mr. Zappa`s solo on track six knocks me on my butt. It`s that good. And who couldn`t love a song that`s counted off"one... two... buckle my shoe..."?
