Comments for Incognito, Jazz Funk

Very different from nowadays Incognito, but worth listeningto.

A bit too "pop" for my view, but probably groundbreaking for its day
The definitive jazz funk album. Real cool and sassy. Complex melodies and peerless musicianship. Better than 'Southern Freeez' by Freeez and anything by Ensign stablemates 'Light Of the World'. 'Parisienne Girl' still sounds great. The best album Incognito have made. Still sounds fresh and sophisticated over 20yrs on. Compare it with contemporary stuff from 1980. This album was intelligent and thoughtful. Still widely available and popular.
