I saw Ian Moore play at Club Toast in Burlington, VT and must admit he put on a decent show. Very bluesy and used feedback among other other techniques. He is an accomplished guitarist. As said before if you get a chance go see him.

I have seen Ian about 10 to 12 times. He is everything mentioned here and more. If he comes to your town it is a moving show to see. The only other guitar player i have seen play with as much sincerity and feeling besides Stevie ray is probably Steve Vai.

Ian Moore is the best. In the time that I have been acquainted with him and his music he continues to grow and improve. If you have any remote opportunity to see him live it is the thing to do. You will be doing yourself a great favor. All of his releases are great. You will have to look very long and hard to find better writing, singing and playing. He has been compared to Stevie Ray and Steve Vai in this website. I don''t disagree except to say that there exists an element of purity and truth in his music that I have seen only once before in the form of the great Aretha Franklin.
Ian Moore(27) is a soulful singer/songwriter from Austin Texas. His blues based guitar playing is true to his roots. His stratslinging is unique and fiery. His song writng abilities are second to none. His vocals are lush and deep. He deserves abig break. If you get a chance to see him. Don`t miss it!!!
