damn it took time to get this artifact up here. i myself, the almighty of html, tried twice and all you had to do was deleting that 7"-thing.. oh, and the records's great, by the way. a bit unorthodox and hard to get into, but well worth the aspirins. "a life in finer clothing" is among the top of GbV stuff ever. nuff said.

My favorite GbV release--"Systems Crash" is a brilliant haphazard pop song...the hazy drone of "A Life in Finer Clothing" could go on all day and I wouldn`t mind..."The Who vs Porky Pig" features a hyper-kinky drum machine rhythm, and ends with a guitar solo straight out of Michael Jackson`s "Beat It" (noise, yeah!)...BOB is the Almighty Beer Captain; to Him be the glory. `Nuff said.
