Comments for Outfield, The, Play Deep

The Outfield was a great band that was poorly pushed. I never got a chance to see them in concert as I would have liked. The song "Your Love" is still played often and is greatly enjoyed. I would like to see the band perform sometime, and I'm sure I am not the only one.

The Outfield has been my favorite group-and just about the only thing I listen to, even now, since "Play Deep" was released. My car license plate is "ALONEWU" - my favorite of their songs, and the cover has other songs named. I have never gotten the opportunity to see them live. I hear their songs frequently on the radio. I think they deserved much more recognition than they ever got. I must say, that I get goosebumps every time I hear Tony's voice!! KHB

I am of the opinion that The Outfield rocked the world for the better part of a decade! Currently seeking any outfield videos, live tapings, or misc. Also seeking web site? Please contact Danny Roberts @ 388 Grant Street, SE Atlanta, GA 30312. ----------- - - - - - - - - -

The Outfield (funny, I thought they were an Australian band) hit a home run (I couldn't resist) with this opening album.

I got a chance to see them perform in Colorado and in Sarasota, Florida, but wish they would tour more often or at least closer to Sarasota or even Tampa!! Jenna
