Whitney's performs at her best on this sndtk. album. Her cover of the Chaka Khan classic "I'm Every Woman" is marvelous. This is an all-around great album.

Whitney has benn at the top of her carrier and is at the top of my list with her brand new album and movie, "Waiting to Exhail."

This was a great soundtrack. She's got the best soundtrack out and I hope she produces more. Keep up the good work!

I don't want to dog whitney houston, and this album is really GREAT, but I'd just like to make a correction on the comments. "I will always love you" is not the top selling single anymore. It's "One Sweet Day" by Mariah Carey and Boyz 2 Men. But you can still say that by a single artist, it is the highest selling one. I love it!

I still think that "I'll always love you" is #1 top single, although "One sweet day" stayed longer at #1. I can say that because the weeks doesn't show the selling amount, right ? So whitney still sells more (in 14 weeks as #1) than Mariah&BIIM (16 weeks #1) And also, whitney's "i'll always luv u" is far more popular worldwide

Her version of Dolly's "I Will Always Love You" is abysmal. What's next-- Mariah Carey does "Jolene"? Celine Dijon does "Coat of Many Colours"?

Great Whitney songs. She takes Dolly Parton's "I Will Always Love You" into her own and makes it a top-notch and essential modern love ballad. Her vocals are crystal-clear and soulful. "I Have Nothing" is another ballad, and still quite great. The dance/pop songs "I'm Every Woman" (originally Chaka Khan's) and "Queen Of The Night" are superb. The other songs on the album are mixed, but the clear highlights are Aaron Neville's song with Kenny G and the heart-throbbing rock song "Trust In Me" by Joe Cocker and Sass Jordan.

The single "I`ll Always Love You" was written by DollyParton many years ago. Dolly has taken the country song to the top of thecountry charts twice before Whitney did her version.
