This is the best album in the world in my humble opinion! Take a look at my webpage, you'll find lots of Edie-links there: http://www.nis.za/webpages/cschutte/mysite.htm Jason Allor has a wonderful Edie Mailing List running; we are all devoted Edie fans who chat daily about our favourite artist!

This is the Best album i've ever hear. I love the broad range of styles and the complex sound of songs like 10,000 Angles, and the crazy lets have fun sound of woyaho. p.s. if you like edie brickell you should check out a band called Sixpence None The Richer(christian)they're not all that alike but i'm shure you'll like it!

This album will ive with me forever. It still has me laughing and crying-I can still get excited when I hear it. Virtually no other music can do this.

i believe that this record is better than the first. the menw bohemians are underated and derseve more credit than they get. reading some of the other comments i notice that everyone seems to mention edie brickell but never the band. edie brickell is the best but it is the band that really makes the whole thing work. if you're not a fan the isuggeast you buy ghost of a dog first then shooting rubberbands at the stars. geffen needsto put out greatest hits and include several songs from ghost of a dog because if that record were out tday it would sell millions

In my opinion, like others, they were (are) the most underated band out their. They are so friggen awesome and multi-faceted that I wanna' scream when people go, "Who? Oh, yeah, that's that chick that married Paul Simon," Screw that! I never tire of listening to their stuff, and their concert material is even MORE amazing. If you don't give them a try you're really cheating yourself. I swear, GET THIS ALBUM. There are probably three songs that could make me cry: Kate Bush's "Cloudbusting", Jane's Addiction' "Then She Did", and The New Bohemians, "Stiwsted". I never get sick of any of these songs, and they totally move me every time. I'm not some over-emotional flake. The music is that DAMN GOOD!! I wish I could hang out with these guys and just pick their brains for hours. I can only hope to aspire to become even a tenth as expressive and amazing as the Bo's. Get in touch wiht me if you wanna' get a hold of some bootleg stuff. Their live stuff is just fantastic! DAMN!

I thought that the first album could not be topped, but GOAD surpasses the first in emotions. Edie does an incredible job of making us part of the song. This album combines so many wonderful elements that make for a good listening time. This album definitely does not harm the ears.

There are no words which can express what this album means. Edie is simply marvellous, everyone should have heard "this eye" at least once in his life.....
