Comments for Fahey, John, Old Girlfriends and Other Horrible Memories

This is a mixed blessing: it does feature new material during a time when Fahey recordings were rare; but the mix of styles (from acoustic blues-derived to slumbering old rock n roll tunes) can''t be regarded as one of Fahey''s best works. It gets better and more enjoyable the more you listen to it, however.
