Comments for Pere Ubu, Terminal Tower: An Archival Collection

An indespensible collection, now made more dispensible by the relase of the Datapanik box. However, there are three tracks not featured in the box and the playing sequence flows better here than as scattered cuts around three discs. A live version of Humor Me isn`t essential, but the 1980 single of Not Happy/Lonesome Cowboy Dave (the latter discreetly quoted by REM in a B-side of their own) is wonderful, especially for fans of Picnic Time/Art of Walking era Ubu. Since it`s out of print anyway seek the vinyl, which includes a lyric sheet.
