Comments for DESCENDENTS, All

This album is actually a compilation. It contains some of the most essential tarcks that this Southern Cali pop-punk band produced. In the 80s, the Descendents combimed, a punk rock attitude with power pop song structures, and a smart ass attitude, making them one of the best and most influential groups of the era. Their songs put bands like Green Day, and the Offspring to absolute shame. This record is a must have for anyone who's remotely into power/pop/punk at all.

Possibly the best band you''ve never heard of. Although the didn''t invent the pop-punk sound, they single handedly perfected it. If you dig the songs that are on this "greatest hits" cd then check out the original cds in full, although they may be difficult to find: Fat Enjoy I don''t want to grow up Milo goes to college All By the way Milo eventually left the band and the rest of the group went on to for the band ALL. This was a sad day for Descendents fans world wide. But cry no more, Milo has rejoined the band, they have released a new cd and played the secound stage at this years Lollopalooza tour.
BEST BAND IN THE WORLD

This album is the sickest. Descendents are all about food, coffee, and chicks. Livage and Hallraker are a must to get. They have all the best live tunes and fill-ins. The absolute best band to come out of the pop-punk era. It gets a ten in my book. D-O-D-G-E-R-A-M.
