Who writes this stuff on teena? She has been my savior since 1979 and i am only 30 Years old! This album is one of the best because it shows her at her best! Currently speaking! I cant say enough about this album except that it is hard to find in the stores now. some one needs to bring that voice out into the limelite so that every Man woman & Child can experience how great she is! the things she writes about, its just so hip! so now. just for the record I would like to add "Ivory" is also great! I will listen to her FOREVER!! a VERY lOYAL fAN!

Incredible album by one of the top R&B artists. Teena Marie`s first albumafter a long stint at Arista, is her best to date. Her musical range and depth are evident throughout the album. Passion Play is a clever interpretationof some of her most notable songs since 1979. Teena`s old school songs don`tcompare to this great album. Each song is unique and collectively displayTeena`s range.
