As one of the most versatile horn bands of the late 60s, Phoenix was a unique blend of Motown, and hard-edged psychedelic rock. While the band`s success was short-lived,it`s impact on popular music will be felt for years to come.Many of the band`s live performances can still be heardreverberating in VFW halls, and National Guard Armorys throughout the Southwestern United States.
