Comments for Bestor, Kurt, Innovators

I was part of a group of singers from the 1996 Wisconsin High School State Honors Choir. We sang the song "Prayer of The Children" for the guys' number. I cried, our director Weston Noble cried, everyone cried. We were all touched by this magnificent song. This is one of the best songs, if not the best song I've heard come down the pike in a long time. Kurt recently performed "Prayer of the Children" on the Children''s Miracle Network Telethon 1997. I was deeply touched by the pure beauty and depth of this piece. As a musician/writer, this is on the list of the ten best songs I have ever heard, and it has inspired me in ways no other composition could. -brandon
