Comments for Blisters, Off My Back

This debut album by the Blisters is a snapshot of a "middle point" in their career, having transcended their garagey, Ramonesy, punk/pop roots but not quite displaying the artistic depth they showed on their following lp, 1992`s *Pissed to Meet Me.* The performances are often loose but, as to be expected from this band, the songs are phenomenal.
