Best Of Artist. This largely uninspired band managed to find some inspiration forthis collection of memorable songs, which stands among the best music early 80`snew wave rock had to offer. Keeps the listener guessing fromnote to note with melodies that never seem to get old. The individual songs follow few patterns in their progressions,yet each song`s structure makes perfect sense. The ephemeral, hard-to-pin-down nature of the songsmakes them suitable for making out in the dark, or driving 120 down the freeway. Impossible to findfor years, but rereleased in 1992 with four additional songs,including the soaring "Breaking Away" and a remix of "Chapter 12"."Hands Across The Sea" was a minor alternative hit. Import Only CD releasecosts a bundle, but is well worth it.
