People these days think that bands such as the Prodigy are innovative, ahead of their time even. Think again, I Staggered Mentally is the earliest and greatest example of punk/techno fusion. The Prodigy were still in nappies when this classic was released. In fact techno hadn''t even been invented, and they were mixing it with punk and industrial.
