Comments for Classix Nouveaux, Night People

This is CN at their best. A combination of Gothic and New Romantic make this an exciting album. Sal Solo''s wonderfully deep voice adds a sinister sound to some of the paranoid song themes. Then his falsetto kicks in just to mix things up a bit and surprise the unexpecting. A wonderful album desperately needing a CD release. Note: The version of "Guilty" on this LP is the version from the 12" which is basically extended a little and slowed down a lot. Scott Davies 3/30/98
