Comments for Dazzling Killmen, Dig Out The Switch

Recorded in 1992, but not released until almost two yearslater. The band was already sick of the stuff enough tohave not been playing it for quite a while. If you canmanage to get your hands on a copy, however, this one`sas good an album by the band as any. They were a three-pieceback then, but still spilling out copious amounts ofthe blistering wall of noise that changed so many people`sattitudes about music. It`s very raw and not as refined astheir later releases, but it`s full of energy and greatsongs.

It totally blew me away at the time. It captures everything you want out of a post-hardcore explosion. Intricate and complex on one side (3 of the 13 tracks). Fast and furious on the other (10 of the 13 tracks).
