I loved DATA's Elegant Machinery back in 1985...I had the album in my collection of vinyl. Hoping to find it again.

Get "Elegant Machinery" and "2-Tone" on CD from Eternity Records in Sweden! I received my copy a couple of days ago. Judging from the sound quality and the notes in the booklet, they must have managed to get hold of the master tapes from Georg Kajanus. Definitely a "must buy" - DATA have to be the most unjustly ignored synthpop band of the 80s.

DATA are a synthpop duo that quicklyaquired fame in the early 80`s with their dance hit, "LivingInside Me". Their third album, Elegant Machinery,didn`t receive as much aclaim, but is equally as good.
