Comments for Arcana, The Last Wave

A combined improvisational effoorts from Derek Bailey (guitar),Bill Laswell (8-string bass) and Tony Williams on drums. Whilearcana explored the limits of free improvisation, group membersalso stretch the sonic possibilities of their instruments. Althoughfree improvisation may sound unorganised, but Laswell (as usual)sticks to a groove with Williams for a powerful blast of improvisation.
