Planning By Numbers sound like a mix between Tubeway Army,Visage, and John Foxx. A lot of technological and futuristic ideascan be found here. Synthesizers, treated guitar, and drums combined with `Numanesque`vocals and lyrics make this a great addition to the `Band Of Tomarrow` section of yourrecord collection. P.B.N.`s sound is pretty typical of other bands circa 1982, but I don`t think that`s necessarily a bad thing.----Very Good. Recommended.
