The Spice Girls may not have super terrific vocals, but their second album SPICE WORLD is a very good pop album. They sample a lot of different styles within their very mainstream pop approach, including Latin/tango on "Spice Up Your Life" (seems to me its their new signature tune, and it's got hooks you won't soon forget). The mellow and almost nostalgic sounding "Too Much" is another high point, "Stop" is fun but far from deep, but I think the sparkling high point of the album is "Viva Forever", a soothing and inspiring number, which makes the best of the girls' soft harmonies.

Cindy, the Spice Girls are hookers with no talent. They aren't the best dance/pop group around. There are plenty better ones out there. They have management that does good job of getting them the most exposure, just like a pimp. Does Milli Vanilli, New Kids & Backside Boys ring a bell? No talent, millions of albums sold.

Spicegirls only got a record deal because they can posse and look pretty if they were 40 would they have a record deal? I think not! Lets see if when there in there 50's like Kiss and Ozzy, and are getting no air time by Mtv that they can make it on the top 10 like Ozzy and Kiss did. I think not. Phil Collins?? Marillion?! What the hell are you jabbering about? Phil Collins is prolly Mel C.'s pop (or boyfriend) judging by his lyrical and musical brilliance. Don't waste your time listening to "regressive rock" like Phyllis Collins and Marillion and listen to some real bands like Radiohead, Pearl Jam, Dire Straits, Scorpions, Eagles, etc.....Spice Girls suck.
