This LP contains an orchestral jazz piece with a lengthy jazz guitar solo by Randy California, a solo jazz piano piece by pianist John Locke, film soundtrack music - The Model Shop ( 1969 ) directed by Jacques Demy, a gorgeous ballad, Give A Life, Take A Life, and some brilliant rock songs such as Dark Eyed Woman and So Little Time To Fly. An exciting blend of rock, jazz, ballads, film music - this is the third of the original Spirit's four LP's, and one of their best - highly recommended !
