Bill Laswell`s Valis project, which is a collection of abstract and experimental hip-hop. This is the second installment of such project.Where there were criticisms of the last one with too many noise and soundcollages (ala DJ Spooky) and too little beat and dub. This one might satisfy those who levelled the same criticism. More wicked beats, even more scratching and more phat bass. An excellent collection of cutting-edge instrumental hip-hop.
