A masterpiece of 80''s pop/rock. The Graces one and only album is a musical joy from start to finish. Combining the incredible vocal talents of Gia Ciambotti, the awesome guitar playing of Meredith Brooks, and the all round talent of chief songwriter Charlotte Caffey - the Graces were outstanding in every department. It''s no surprise to see (some years later) Meredith Brooks going on to become the huge solo success she is with a background including a band as talented as this.

The Graces consist of former Go-Go`s guitarist Charlotte Caffey, Meredith Brooks and Gia Ciambotti. Never did really stray for the "Go-Go`s Sound" and sounds a lot like Belinda Carlisle`s solo releases. But, if you`re a fan of them, then this is a great release. Contains the wonderful single, "Lay Down Your Arms" as well as the title track.
