One of the most ambitious debut albums by any band. Very cerebral, atmospheric songs that run together a form a collage. Only progressive due to the concept and instrumentation.

Simply superb debut album from a band who genuinely set out to perform original ideas and who never quite got the recognition they deseved. Vocalist Roger Chapman is still going strong in 2002, having produced some excellentsolo albums with precious little exposure in this country. Check out how his voice has matured and is one of the very best around.

One of my all time favorite ablbums.
