Comments for grotesque, the scream

Think the whole band have something *seriously* wrong with them, but it makes for good music.

Sort of like listening to Leonard Cohen in a darkened room full of candles while the police try to break down the door with a battering ram and the carpet is just starting to catch fire. That''s what I think, anyway.

creators of what is possibly the glummest, most depressing sound in the history of mankind, they can still occasionally produce something quite enchanting, and, on rare occasions, uplifting. despite their penchant for the dismal and funereal, i just haven`t the heart to label them as `gothic` :)
