This is A.I. at their best. Catchy, colorful, bouncy, perfect. The setting is perfect for Clare''s charming vocals. This is the best Alternative Pop album ever recorded. From the catchy opening track "Pinky Blue", My personal favorite A.I. song, you can''t help but be hooked. Unless, of coarse, your stupid. The album continues in an upbeat fashion through the single "See those eyes" and doesn''t drop in perfection for awhile. "Think that it might" shows Clare''s best singing ever, followed by the excellent 12" mix of "I could be happy". A popular misconception about this album is that the cover of "Song sung blue" is an attempt at a serious version. Anyone that can hear should be able to tell that this is done in a very humorous manner, intentionally. The albums only dud comes at the end, "Goodnight and I wish" is a slow song in which Clare sounds very out of place. It''s not enough to tarnish this masterpiece in the least.
