This is probably the "classic" Buzzcocks record (but they are all great). It''s a collection of their initial singles These are not your typical punk songs, the melodies are more pop. The lyrics show that Pete Shelly and Steve Diggle are two of the great writers of the 70''s UK punk scene. These are quite personal and emotional love songs in fact. This should be the first Buzzcocks rcord you get, I think.
