Comments for Queens of the Stone age, Songs For The Deaf

What an amazing record! Fourteen tracks of everything from screaming to soothing melodies all in one. WITH A DVD!!! In some places it can be found for only $7!!!!!!! I dare you to find a better deal….or a better band!!! QOTSA found their way into the (almost) mainstream with their legendary Rated R LP. They even found themselves on Ozzfest. Now with their equally amazing release Songs For The Deaf, they are sure to be turning heads everywhere. The amazing, precise guitar work of Josh Homme(along with his perfect voice), the stunning bass skill of Nick Oliveri(along with his piercing screams), the eye-bulging drumming of the legendary Dave Grohl, and the smooth vocals of Mark Lanegan along with lots of cameos by other great artists, bring this record to the top of my list of albums to buy RIGHT NOW!!! If you haven’t already heard any QOTSA, you are missing out. If you have heard them, then surely you know what I am talking about. This album is sure to bring much attention to The Queens Of The Stone Age with songs like “No One Knows”, Hangin’ Tree”, “Go With The Flow”, and “First It Giveth.” So, get off your computer, and go buy SONGS FOR THE DEAF, THE ESSENTIAL ALBUM OF 2002!!!
