Comments for Carcass, Swansong

For all you Carcass fans out there, you have to get this album. Its incredable. Its a little lighter with the new member, Carlo, but it is still Carcass, and you've got to love em. I have found some Carcass tab on the web, for all you contributors, THANX. Its really hard for me to figure out the music with all that distortion. I've been playing guitar for three years. I pretty much have all their albums. I would love to go to a concert but I cxan never find out where they play. If anyone reads this email me with ANY CARCASS INFORMATION, thanks and appreciate!!!!

I really didn't like this album. The guitar on almost all the songs except maybe the last 5 sounds like commercial 80's metal. The lyrics were cool but not Carcass. The only song I really liked was Don't Believe a Word, but even that I would not consider one of their best songs. I have all their albums except for Symphonies of Sickness (seems hard to find), and the only other album I don't like is the first one, although I think the guitar is really good, but not the mix or vocals.

I've opened my mind when I heard this album firstly - and I liked it, yet not as a Carcass album... But there's no mat- ter in claiming the band be the same forever, at least they have gave us masterpieces as their 3 earlier albuns!!

Carcass is my religion, and Swansong was a test of my faith... but after I got used to the change in direction, the album is still, indisputably, Carcass, and for that, we must bow down and say our Hail Steer's. Hail Carcass!

mixed feeling. I like this LP but its a mere echo of what Carcass could present. Its almost a trash metal in old glamorous manner but every song is significantly marked with typical carcass touch. After all its quite good
