Comments for Eminem, marshall mathers lp

laszlo@hotmail.com
I have to admit on the songs that did manage to be released as singles (profanity appropriately edited out), Eminem sounded like he had really become a good rapper. Before then, he seemed to try too hard to act and sound black. I don't endorse anything he raps about in any way, shape or form, but I can't help but realize that Eminem does have a rapping talent that very few white people have. And while he says that what he raps about is all an image, it just sounds too convincing to be taken that way. If Eminem ever wants to be accepted by those who don't believe what he says is a joke, he should make his next album sound more like a satire than a highly convincing account of what he believes.
