Comments for Chapman, Steven Curtis, The Great Adventure

SCC's breakthrough album. While there are some weak moments (Toby McKeehan's rap on "Got 2 B Tru"), SCC found his identity on "The Great Adventure". Suffers from some typical Naish over-production, but overall a great album.

Have to agree with you Lane...this album, probably more than any other CCM album in the past decade, helped redefine CCM and SCC at the same time. It will always be the album that is most associated with Chapman in my mind. The title cut is SCC at his very best.
