Comments for Clockhammer, So Much For Youmjflanagan@juno.com This is a strange one... Hard to track down, but worth the hunt. This was the band's final album; by this point singer Byron Bailey was the only original member. The musicianship is fine throughout but the songwriting quality is uneven and the running time is far too long (a sprawling 74 minutes)... The best way to appreciate this one is to program out all of the songs *not* written by Bailey, at which point you're left with a more focused 45 minute record that's a worthy successor to 'Klinefelter' (considered by those in the know one of the 'lost treasures' of 90's rock).Comments supplied by users do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Roadkill Consulting, Inc. |
