Comments for Star One, Space Metal

Great work by Arjen Lucassen the brainmaster of Ayreon. This time a collection of tunes in a power/prog metal vein, all related to movies of Sci-Fi (from 2001 to Star Wars), plus a great Hakwind medley (only in the bonus CD limited edition) and a cover of Space Oddity (idem) which even if interesting is not a cool as the Helloween cover of the David Bowie classic. 'Sandrider', 'Intergalactic Space Crusaders' and 'Starchild' are instant faves, but the whole album delivers. Ayreon fans, and metalheads will love this album equally.
