Bruce Cockburn`s first album in three years, after a dryspell, and well worth the wait. Lives up to the promiseof "Big Circumstance", and includes(on tracks 9 and 11)twoinstrumental tracks, a pleasant surprise. "Soul of A Man"is the only non-original track, and was apparently writtenby a 19th-century revolutionary.
