Comments for Len, We Be Who We Be

Managed to get my hands on an advanced copy of the CD. It sounds great! It has a wide range of sounds like their previous album. Sharon sings and raps more on this album. She has a beautiful voice! She does a great cover of Cool It Now and does a great "duet" with Biz Markie on "Let It Slide." "Bobby" is also a great Sharon song. "We Be Who We Be" has a great, hard guitar riff. "Get Down" is a great funky beat number and "Boozehounds","KooKoo Docks","Saturday", and "Funnel" are funny songs with a movin' beat, great for parties! Excellent CD all around!!!!

I also found an advanced copy of this album at a used cd shop. Too bad it was never released in other capacity. It's really a great album. Like the other dude said, very diverse and I think it's better than their first effort. If you can find a copy, pick it up, as it's worth it.

Why hasn't this album been released yet?

Somebody with the album share the fucking songs on Kazaa or WinMX...for fuck sakes it's never gonna get released in Australia!

It's been delayed again what a shock, when the fuck is the album going to be released, the LEN and Four Ways To Rock sites need to be updated more often and we need message boards for both.

It is possible that there is two different versions of We Be Who Be version one from 2002 and version two which is in the pipeline is one that has a completely different line-up because It's A Brother Sister Thing wasn't on the 2002 version.

I just got a response fron the email I sent to ThreeAM(Len's US Management) who says the album is now titled “All Aboard To The Kookoo Docks” and will be released either in late Q4 2004 or Q1 2005

Hey there, I just got my copy of the cd off of gemm and it's wonderful. The track list on this site was missing the track King of the Block so i put it on there. So am i crazy, or has the len site actually disappeared?? I'll be putting this whole cd on kazaa soon so keep searching.

Got the advance copy as well - it rocks, but I'm pretty sure the tracklisting has changed for the official version which is out October 26th (04). So there you go.

okay okay, LEN have bored me for the last couple of years or so. like Marc & Shar seem to don't care for us fans much, i mean we can't send 'em fan mail cuz there's just no email or PO box address, and they're too busy doing their own shit. I mean, good for them if they're partying constantly & drinking booze, but as music artists they gotta let us know that they're still around, needing our support. For now though, i'll be waiting for my shipment of the "Diary" album as shar calls it, & hopefulli by then the len crew will have their website online & let us know about their NEXT album.

"LEN - Diary Of The Madmen" from Venus Records is a superb listen throughout the album, 5/5 stars. On this album, there is a variety of rock, pop, hip-hop, rap that won't let you down when you want to be in a good mood. Some songs have fun, playful lyrics, while others have emotional and intelligent ones that let you feel the energy and passion that these groovy artists put into this record. All songs are blended in well together, with funny skit-like narration in between a few tracks, and there's also a brilliant cover of Buggle's "Video Killed The Radio Star"! LEN, please distrubute another album in summer of 2005, because there's a decent number who would spend over $20 to get hands on these top shelf tracks and you seem to evolving into better musicians as years go by. Shar, you also have a smoothe and sexy voice and I'm comfortable listening to your singing, cuz you're not a slut like most mainstream female artists out there. If you ask me, this album "Diary Of The Madmen" is a bigger improvement to LEN's platinum "You Can't Stop The Bum Rush" and the follow up "We Be Who We Be"! If you want awesome music, so awesome you'll be playing the CD over & over again while you're eating dinner, studying or in sitting on the toilet, and/or you're a loyal LEN fan like myself, then get this album "Diary Of The Madmen" by Venus Corp...make it your number one! I think I pretty much have evrything that Len has put out by now. All of the originals on Funtrip to "Diary". I'm only missing 2 songs. There is a "Steal My Sunshine" single that has 2 songs that I don't have. "It's Down To This" and "Drunc'n Moves". If anyone has 'em, can you email 'em to me in 192kpbs. That would be great!
