Supberb album, the virtual lyrics add to overall atmospheric effect of the album. The "lyrics" are not intended to be interpreted as such. They are used as just another musical instrument.

Incredible piece of work. Not a weak moment anywhere.

This album is one of the most incredible albums I have ever heard in my life. Liz Fraser has the voice of God. I love her.

When I die this album has to be played as I am lowered into my grave. It will probably still be playing when I meet God(or at least I hope so). It is so stunning that it could and probably does make Angels weep. I just wish that I could understand more of the lyrics. love ya Liz. MAX

Out of all their albums, I think this is easily the best. Every single song is stunning. Definitely one of my all-time favourite records.

When you stop and think that Liz Fraser recorded most of this album with her newborn child in arms, it all starts to make sense. This is truly the Cocs finest hour! It is a powerful and extremely emotional experience from beginning to end.

German speaking listeners should enjoy track 7 in particular. I love the Cocteaus' notion of lyrics being 'noises you can make with your mouth' as Colin Newman of Wire once said (CHECK OUT)

Awwww Yeahhh ! My-T-Fine Music..! Great vocals, great music, great production (but not as great as Four Calendar Cafe's prudiction...!)..! Who could ask for anything more (except for the Cocteau Twins to stay this brilliant FOREVER!)...? Hyleigh, hi-lee, HIGHLY recommended!

Cherry-coloured Funk is the most wonderful song ever made, anywhere within this whole universe. That is all.

"Iceblink Luck" was what hooked me in to the Cocteau Twins. The rest of the album made me a genuine fan. The Iceblink Luck EP is well worth having as well.

Heaven Or Las Vegas is the first CT album what I heard. This is brilliant. My favourite song is Iceblink Luck and HOLV. It''s very interesting and so physticated...
Female vocals. Most of the lyrics are not in anylanguage. They are just sounds sung along to the music.
