Comments for Coleman, Ornette, Town Hall 1962

Track #3 ("Dedication") is a string quartet piece. The otherthree tracks are played by the trio of Coleman (on alto sax),David Izenzon, bass, and Charles Moffett, drums. Sound is fairly good. Music is dense, more like the Blue Note GoldenCircle trio recordings (with the same trio) than the morepopular Atlantic recordings.
