When will the new live album be available ???

When an artist has commercial success, he should have the possibility of making independent of chart positions. With Both Sides Collins made no experiments. It is an album with no surprises, no interesting musical ideas. Collins played all the instruments himself. The result is that the music sounds more simple than on his previous works. Nevertheless Both Sides is a really good album. I like the atmosphere of songs like Survivors, We fly too close. But the whole album appears to be a bit too long. There are not enough ideas for a length of 67 Min. I hope Phil Collins next album will be more different from the music he has done until now. (Mike Rumpf)

It would be better with real instruments.

Is there going to be a new live album? Is Phil Collins even making records anymore???? Last I heard, he broke up with Genesis in '95 to persue a career in acting. I HOPE he releases the 1994 tour on some sort of medium! I went to the concert in July and it was awesome. He sounds much better live than in studio!

Has an artist ever recorded a more personal artistic statement than done here by phil. It is a true success in every sense of the word.

Not his best work. Sounds like he''s going through a mid-life crisis. Cheer up Phil. You are extremely talented. I love all your work, but this cd is too down. Awaiting your next venture. BEST WISHES!

Standard Phil Collins fare. Not as raw as some of his earlier work but still a good album. He did much of the work on this album at his home and he plays all instruments heard on the album
