I really really really love this album, Hilary! It's my fave album ever.

my goodness, the perfect pop music album. i betcha shell make a hall of fame fo this. thing that gets me is all the tracks are priceless. extremely rarely done. and shes better lookin than popstrs. grrrrrrrr.

Metamorphosis is a meticulously well developed new wave style cd with old school rock songwriting style quality and standout use of modern and often subtle electronic rythms, various expressive synthesizers and remarkably cutting electric guitars. Each track exhibits its own peronality enough to make the album a standout in the new wave rock library. There also seems to be an overlying theme that works well for the album that relates to each song involving reinvention of species ideas. Hilary Duffs vocals are clearly competent and really rather loud on the heavier tracks like a metal or frosh singer and using some nicely flexible phrasing and range. She has impressive volume control of her voice for this kind of singing. I can give Hilary Duff Metamorphosis the 10/10 rate. Most of the song material is inclusive and accessible to any age but some songs are a little harder than other teen artist might supply their public. Compared to other album releases by teen artists this easily is the momentous production that might redefine much of what we've expected of teen music in the last several years and lay a foundation for more constuctive and progressive teen involvement in music mirroring on the earlier decades of rock and roll.

if you saw her at the 2003 american music awards she purposly told the lip synch track to bugger off and started singing loose on her own. it was a dream moment. shes such a hot card. shes got that such great rise in her showmanship. Elvis and Alice in a girl. ha

If this isn't the greatest pop album ever recorded I cannot tell you what is. It's unequalled for it's quality of everything. 10/10

I love Hil and MM. I think whatever she did at the AMAs she wanted to do. From teen to rock. If she started belting it then she belted it. Most singers don't sing to tracks and she's known for not doing that so she probably let loose at the right moment. This album plays for keeps, too. It turned out awesomely amazing. Wicked. I could write about it forever.
