Comments for The Guess Who, Shakin' All Over - Chad Allan & The Expressions (The Guess Who)

Chad Allan & The Expressions gradually changed their name to The Guess Who as a result of a marketing gimick. They sounded British and Sceptor Records wouldn't put the bands name on the reord cover. Instead the record was marketed with the phrase "Guess Who". This band was prior to Burton Cummings. The band included Randy Bachman, Jim Kale, Garry Peterson, Bob Ashley and Chad Allan. Cummings was playing for the Devrons in Winnipeg at the time. The CD cover is a replica of the original album cover stating: SHAKIN' ALL OVER Guess Who?
