Comments for DC Talk, Jesus Freak CD-ROM

I love DC Talk's "Jesus Freak", "The Hard Way," and their new "Michael Bolton-ish" "I Wish (We'd All Be Ready)". I don't like rap or hip-hop but I give DC Talk two thumbs up for these songs!

Jesus Freak is a great song. Let's all try to live it.

The "new" D.C. Talk is absolutely incredible! What a great christian revival to this world.

"Jesus Freak" is the most awsome song! I'm listening to it right now. My pastor's favorite line is the marmalade jelly one! Also the album has MORE cool songs like "Colored People", "What if I Stumble", "Between You and Me", "What Have We Become?", and "Mind's Eye". I LOVE DC TALK!!! We all should be proud to be, excuse the expression, "Jesus Freaks"!!!

This was a really boring CD! I would have had more fun watching paint dry than listen to this CD. I wish I never spent my money on it. I don't care if DC talks as long as they don't do it around me. Hopefully they don't put out anymore new releases. This tape is a waste of money. If you don't believe me look at it's rating!

This album is not what it appears to be on the surface. On the surface this album trades punches with the heavywieghts of the alternative scene, But deeper down it proves to be a true alternative to the darkness and vacancy the world has to offer.I was shocked to say the least when I first heard it. The range of influence they have absorbed since thier last album caters to the diverse audience of the late 90s. The muted "Kravits-like" intro on track 1 announced a new era in these young artists lives. But once you have looked past the incridible pop/alternitive/ballad feel, the spiritual depth will become clearer with each sitting. Honesty and boldness bring Gods matchless word to the forefront of the mind of the listener. These boys have not become just men, but men of God. I commend you and pray for you, and most of all thank you for bring such light to a dark a perversed industry. Favorite tracks: 10;10;3;8;1;5;2&10 s@ss
